Sister Bette Edl

I am a handweaver of one of a kind pieces made with handspun and hand dyed fibers. I weave unique garments, shawls, accessories, and rugs with handspun wool, llama/alpaca, silk and embellishing yarns. These may also be used for prayer and meditation. I also create a variety of rag weavings with recycled fabrics, all natural rag runners, mats, and rugs. The fiber that I spin is Maine grown, carefully selected and prepared by me, hand designed and crafted on floor looms in a yurt studio where I live in contemplative solitude and prayer.
